1. Data controller

ZAD Strategy Consulting SRL, headquartered at Strada Telescopului 2-8, Ap. 13, Bucharest, CUI 48643884, is the personal data controller for data collected through pureh2o.ro and through interactions with Customers (hereinafter "PureH2O" or "we").

2. What data we collect

Name and surname, phone number, email address, the address where installation is requested, information about the home (type, area, household size) voluntarily provided through the website form, billing details, the history of communications with our team (phone, WhatsApp, email), and minimal technical data on website usage collected via cookies.

3. Purposes of processing

We process this data to respond to consultation requests and schedule installation, to conclude and manage the subscription contract, to issue invoices, to provide technical support and maintenance, to communicate with the Customer about subscription status, and, with the Customer's consent, to send information about offers and PureH2O news.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process data based on the performance of the subscription contract (for data needed for installation, billing and maintenance), the Customer's consent (for marketing communications, which can be withdrawn at any time), and PureH2O's legitimate interest (for website security and fraud prevention).

5. Who we share data with

Data may be shared with payment processors for collecting the subscription, with the installation and maintenance team, and with IT, CRM and communication service providers used to manage the Customer relationship, under contractual confidentiality obligations. Data may be disclosed to public authorities when required by law. We do not sell Customer data to third parties.

6. Storage duration

Data is stored for the duration of the subscription and for a subsequent period required by legal obligations (tax, accounting) or the resolution of any disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Rights of the data subject

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right of access to your data, the right to rectify inaccurate data, the right to erasure within the limits of the law, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out previously. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
