Product defects are resolved at no cost to you.
Maintenance stays with you: you order filters when due, fit them yourself, and visits unrelated to a product defect are charged separately.
Filters, home service and relocation to another address are charged separately at the rates above.
Conditions
The first 14 days are free: a card is required at signup, and the first charge is made on day 15. If you cancel within the first 14 days, we collect the system and you are not charged. Outside a subscription, a filter set costs €30 and is replaced approximately every 9 months. Installation is available only for homes connected to public mains water in Bucharest, Ilfov, Ploiești and Prahova. The 2-year legal conformity warranty applies to every device under Romanian law (Emergency Ordinance 140/2021), regardless of plan, and is separate from and in addition to the 14-day commercial guarantee. During it, product defects, including collection and transport, are resolved at no cost to you.
