At most 4 metres from where the Device will sit. We can go up to 10 metres, but we need to know in advance.

Before the visit, confirm access to water and power. We can guide you by phone or via WhatsApp photos.
Contract & payment
You sign the contract online and pay the first month of the subscription. Only then do we lock in the date and time slot for installation.
Installer visit
A PureH2O specialist arrives, picks the best spot with you and connects the Device, with no changes to existing plumbing.
Testing and walkthrough
We test the full operation (cold, ambient, hot and boiling) and show you how to use it.
Subscription activation
Your 14-day guarantee starts on the installation date.

Ongoing maintenance
The device itself alerts you when it is time (~2,100 L or 270 days) and we ship the set to your door. Swap it yourself in 2 minutes and pay half the subscription that month, or a PureH2O installer does it.
