PureH2O is a subscription for filtered water at home in Bucharest, Ilfov and Prahova. We install a countertop device connected to your water mains that instantly dispenses cold, ambient, warm and hot (95 °C) water, filtered through ultrafiltration and activated carbon, with UV-C sterilization. You pay monthly from €34.99, installation and maintenance are included, and the device remains ours.

Installation is included in the subscription, with nothing extra to pay. A PureH2O installer does it, usually in under 30 minutes: the device connects to the cold water pipe and a 220 V socket. We do not recommend installing it yourself, because we can no longer guarantee watertight connections and the included service.

It depends on consumption. A family of 2 adults and 2 children drinks an average of ~9.6 L per day, or ~290 L per month. At €0.50/L for bottled water, that means ~€145 per month, compared to €34.99 per month with PureH2O plus €30 for a filter set every ~9 months (~€3.3 per month). No. The device filters taste, chlorine, sediment and bacteria, but does not soften water or reduce limescale. If limescale throughout your home is the problem, you need a water softener.

For Bucharest's tap water, ultrafiltration is enough: it removes chlorine, sediment and bacteria while keeping beneficial minerals. RO strips minerals, dulls the taste, and wastes 3–4 litres for every litre filtered. UF is the healthier, more sustainable choice for the local network.

The contract is signed online before installation. On installation day, you add your card through a secure Stripe link, but nothing is charged: your first 14 days are free (October offer), and the first payment is on day 15. If you decide to cancel during this period, we collect the device and you pay nothing.

The swap is a simple 2-minute screw-on, with a step-by-step video from us, and if you do it yourself, that month you pay half the subscription. Prefer not to touch anything? A PureH2O installer comes and swaps it for you, at the normal subscription price.

Your first move is included in the subscription; if you move a second time, there is an extra fee, within our service area.

Yes. Installation is reversible and leaves no marks. We can uninstall cleanly when you leave.

A nearby 220V socket and access to the cold water line. We handle everything else.

PureH2O Flow: 18 cm wide, 42.5 cm deep, 38 cm high, 6.3 kg. It fits on a kitchen counter without taking up useful space.

PureH2O owns the device throughout the subscription. You pay for the filtered-water service, not the hardware.

Bucharest, Ilfov and Prahova. Priority installation in sectors 1, 2 and the north (Pipera, Băneasa, Aviației, Floreasca, Herăstrău), plus Ploiești and surrounding areas.

Within the first 14 days from installation, you can cancel at no cost: we collect the device and you are not charged anything. After that, the plan is a 12 or 24-month commitment, like a telecom contract. Full details are shared before signing.
